Tamie Starner, CNP, is a board-certified nurse practitioner with a background in family medicine and a passion for helping people feel confident in both their health and appearance. As co-founder of Emerge Health and Wellness, she built her career around personalized, relationship-driven care—focused on long-term outcomes, not quick fixes.

Seven years ago, she founded Glow Lab to bring that same philosophy into aesthetics—creating a space where treatments are part of a larger plan, and clients feel supported every step of the way.

 

Today, Tamie leads Glow Lab with a consultative approach, designing personalized plans across skin, wellness, and body treatments. Her focus is simple: natural results, thoughtful care, and confidence that lasts.

Dr. James Miller, DO, is a board-certified family medicine physician with more than four decades of experience in comprehensive, patient-centered care. He earned his medical degree from the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine and has spent his career focused on long-term health, prevention, and treating patients across all stages of life.

As co-founder of Emerge Health and Wellness, Dr. Miller has built a practice rooted in thoughtful, relationship-driven care—combining clinical expertise with a holistic approach to patient well-being.

At Glow Lab, he provides the medical oversight and expertise behind every treatment, ensuring care is delivered with precision, safety, and a long-term perspective.

Originally from Monroe, Tyler Lewis is an entrepreneur and brand builder known for scaling early-stage ideas into successful businesses. He is the co-founder of Jackworth Ginger Beer, Pennsylvania’s first alcoholic ginger beer brand, which quickly grew into a recognized Pittsburgh success story with more than 100 wholesale accounts and multiple local awards.

Tyler was also a founding partner of My Pet Ram, an art gallery in New York City and previously worked as a neuromarketing consultant at Neuro-Insight, supporting major advertising initiatives for global brands including Anheuser-Busch, Facebook, and Samsung.​

Today, he brings his entrepreneurial mindset back to his hometown, helping guide the continued growth and vision of Glow Lab.
