Avoid alcohol and blood-thinning medications or supplements (such as aspirin or ibuprofen) for 24 hours before treatment when possible.

Sessions typically last 20–45 minutes, depending on treated areas.

Expect a mild pinch sensation with injections.

Tiny bumps at injection sites may appear immediately but typically dissipate quickly.

Avoid touching, rubbing, vigorous exercise, heavy lifting, hats, and lying down for 4 hours post-treatment.
